- If I could give this product zero stars, I would. It arrived without a seal, leaking all over the inside of the shipping box. When I contacted them I was told they would not accept returns because of covid and offered only a 25% refund which I have yet to receive. Why wouldn’t they accept a return on damaged merchandise? Like they were going to try and resell it? They don’t want to take it back because of covid ... but it’s ok for me to use it in that condition?!? It was not sealed! Plus, there were no usage instructions included in the product smeared box. For a product that cost over $100, I expected a little more in the way of quality control and customer service. Don’t waste your money!
