"I recently tried Musely’s The Spot Cream formula, and I must say, the product itself was fantastic. The formula worked wonders on my skin, effectively lightening dark spots and evening out my complexion. However, my experience with their customer service and the assigned doctor was far from pleasant. The doctor assigned to me was dismissive and rushed through every interaction. He prescribed treatments without giving me a chance to ask questions or discuss alternatives. At one point, he prescribed a high dosage of hydroquinone for my skin. I immediately responded to his message (within five minutes!) asking if a lighter dosage could be considered. Instead of addressing my concern, he told me to submit a request to change the prescription, which would cost an additional $10. This felt like a frustrating cash grab, especially since the original prescription hadn’t even been sent to the pharmacy yet. While I would love to continue using The Spot Cream because of its effectiveness, I cannot support a company with such poor service. It’s disappointing that they choose to nickel and dime customers instead of offering a helpful, supportive experience."
