This stuff really works. It takes patience and dedication to apply it everyday, as well as making some other healthier changes to your daily life. But so far after two months, I am amazed at the pictures I took at the beginning and now. My hair is now filling out the top of my head and is growing much thicker where my hair was receding. it's nowhere close to my full set of hair I had when I was younger, but the change so far is amazing! (UPDATE: 5/28/24) I'm still using the product as prescribed, and I notice there's no visible shedding. My hair definitely seems to be filled out more, as well as thicker hair follicles where there used to be thin baby hairs. I'm all around happy with this treatment subscription!
